In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "ba99" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to ba99.bar, its operators, and all associated services accessible via the website.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the ba99 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created following successful completion of the ba99 registration process.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" refers to the PKR funds held within a player's ba99 account at any given time, including real-money balances and any bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, deposit match amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player account by ba99.

ba99 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an active account on ba99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ba99 does not accept players under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing ba99 from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these terms.

ba99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ba99 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ba99 will never ask you to share your password via any channel, including email, live chat, or phone.

You must notify ba99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ba99 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of such a notification, but accepts no liability for losses sustained prior to the notification being received and acted upon.

All activity carried out through your ba99 account — including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless and until ba99 receives written notification of unauthorised access.

ba99 operates a PKR-native wallet. All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of withdrawal request.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash. All nine channels are available for both deposits and withdrawals unless specifically noted otherwise at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your ba99 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions typically complete within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer and are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

General bonus terms applicable to all ba99 promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. ba99 reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its discretion.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and will not be accessible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses not wagered within this period will expire and be removed from the account.

Sports betting on ba99, including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, tennis, and kabaddi, is governed by ba99's Sports Betting Rules document. Key provisions include:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the ba99 system. ba99 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in cases of obvious pricing errors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using the ba99 platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or financially criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with ba99 games or sportsbook markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or pricing errors in bad faith rather than reporting them to ba99 support.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games, or any competitive format to gain unfair advantage.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any ba99 software or game.
• Use the ba99 brand, logo, or any associated intellectual property in any commercial context without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ba99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ba99 platform or any of its services.

ba99's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the player's wallet balance at the time the incident occurred.

ba99 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, or connectivity issues beyond ba99's control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. ba99 will endeavour to minimise such downtime and will communicate scheduled maintenance to players in advance where possible.

Nothing in this limitation of liability clause shall limit ba99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ba99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ba99.bar/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and should be read alongside this document.

By registering on ba99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support.

ba99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and gaming regulators as required for the lawful operation of the platform.

ba99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their financial institution.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon termination for cause, ba99 reserves the right to retain any balance associated with the breach pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause by ba99, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting ba99 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will still be processed to the player's registered payment method.

ba99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ba99 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at ba99.bar/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the ba99 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

By registering on ba99, you agree to receive transactional communications from ba99, including account verification emails, withdrawal confirmations, KYC request notifications, and security alerts. These communications are a necessary part of account administration and cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active ba99 account.

Promotional communications — including bonus offers, PSL season promotions, and newsletter updates — will only be sent with your explicit consent, which you may provide or withdraw at any time via your account notification preferences.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will, to that extent only, be severed from the remainder of these terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

No failure or delay by ba99 in exercising any right or remedy under these terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, nor shall it prevent or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which ba99 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a player and ba99 that cannot be resolved through the customer support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.

Nothing in this clause shall limit a player's right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
